Sanrui Company, established as a Sino-foreign joint venture in 2005, is now composed of Jinhua Sanrui Machinery Co., Ltd. and Wuyi Sanrui Valve (Casting) Co., Ltd. Sanrui Company mainly engages in R&D, manufacturing and sales of full silica solution precision casting of valve products. At present, it mainly manufactures the products of ball valve precision castings, butterfly valve precision castings and machine-processed products; its material standards adopted include German standard, American standard, and Japanese standard; in the meantime, Sanrui Company also conducts the design and production of non-standard valve castings and machine processing according to customers’ requirements to basically meet the domestic and international market demands for precision casting and machining of ball valves and butterfly valve products; its products are widely used in the fields of chemical engineering, petroleum, light industry, food industry, medicine, environmental protection, and etc.
        It is situated at Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone (state-level development zone), its plant covers an area of more than 15,000 square meters, its registered capital is 30 million yuan, and it has more than 180 employees, and 25 professional and technical employees for casting and machine processing. In the management, the company adopts on-site “5S” and precise management, and has passed ISO9001 certification conducted by Shanghai Rhine (TUV) and EU PED certification. Currently, it implements finer manufacturing to constantly meet customers’ delivery requirements, and the delivery time is shortened to 12 days from 30 days.
       On production equipments, it has perfect production equipments and advanced testing equipments: more than 50 sets of casting equipments, more than 40 sets of machine processing equipments, and 15 sets of testing equipments. The equipments include automatic pressure waxing machines, Germany's Lab-spark75 spectrometer, alkali heat treatment furnaces, 22 sets of FANUC CNC machine tools, 5 sets of machining centers, NC tensile testing machines, imagers SOV-3020, roughness testers SJ-201, length measurers JD-25D, projectors, three-dimensional coordinate instruments, hydraulic pressure testing machines, and etc.
